Hawaii

As you might know, Brian and I went to Hawaii for our honeymoon! We had a great time and did not want to come home.. We went to four different islands, Oahu, Maui, Kauai and The Big Island.
Oahu/Honolulu was our first stop, and stayed at the Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club (great hotel). While we were there we went and visited Dole plantation (the whip's are awesome), North shore (water was way to cold) and we also visited Pearl Harbor/USS Arizona (I think Brian's favorite). We ate breakfast every morning right in front of the beach and just had a great time relaxing. We took a day trip to the Big Island, and that was not so much fun because it rain the whole time. As we drove around in the rain we found tropical garden and that was fun. I took a ton of flower pictures and while it did continue to rain we had a great time.
From Oahu we went to Maui and maybe this most beautiful place on earth!! While on this island we had a Mustang Convertible and had a great time with that. While on this island we went on a bike ride down Haleakala volcano (great time, even though I drove Brian crazy by going so slow on my bike). We also ate at the Old Lahaina Luau and that was some kinda of experience, but we had a great time. We took one day and drove the Hana, and if you ever get a chance to do it DO IT! It was fun, it was a long day but man was it B E Autiful! When we made it to Hana we visited the red sand beach and the black sand beach (which was kinda hard to get, but after a little hike we made it). We also ate at Mama's Fish House and that was the best meal I had ever eaten(man just thinking about it makes me want it right now)! We really had a great time in Maui, and we be going back one day.Next we were on a flight to Kauai, or aka the island of the roosters. There were roosters everywhere and later we asked about it and was told it was because it was against the law to kill them (how crazy is that). While in Kauai we went on Liko Kauai Cruises which took us around the island and we got to snorkel and that was a lot of fun and really pretty. We also got to see some whales while on the boat. The next day we went on a zip line, and while I was a little scared at first it was a great time and we had so much fun.

Overall, we had a great time everywhere we visited and can't wait to go back one day.

Our Wedding

The day we dreamed about!!

Where do I begin! We had a great day, from all the excitement of getting ready for the wedding and all the surprises that came with getting married. My day started off by waking up at 5am and finishing up packing and cleaning the house. (I love coming home to a clean house) Some of my bridesmaids' and I all had hair appointments at 9am and we went and did that and then ran to Hobby Lobby to get some more flowers to finish the Jr. Bridesmaids' flower balls. Then we get home and Cassie, Mom and me all got our make-up done. This is the point I was ready to get to the church. Well I was told that my brother-in-law Shawn would be picking us up and taking us to the church, well he was not there on time and I started to freak out. Well to my surprise, Shawn was not picking us up. My wedding gift was picking us up, it was a trolley! Oh I was so excited when I walked out side to see it right in front of our house!! All the girls took the trolley to the church and got dressed and the next 2 1/2 hours flew by. We had our pictures all taken and then I was put in a small room and was told to stay there until our wedding started! I almost had a break down, but my sister and one of my bridesmaids Emily stopped me. My sister gave me the best advice while back there too, that when I was walking down into the church, don't look at anyone else and just focus on Brian. That is what I did, I didn't really notice anyone until we were walking out of the church. The ceremony was great, Pat Mannon did a great job and I could not imagine anyone else doing our wedding ceremony. The reception was fun too, it went by so fast. By 9:30 I was ready to go, I was so tired. Overall everything went well, we had a great day. All of our dreams came true, and boy are we glad it is over. Enjoy the pictures!!
